Ship a full case of twelve wine bottles with complete EPS foam protection using our twelve-bottle foam shipper kit. Each bottle is individually surrounded by Expanded Polystyrene foam, preventing glass-on-glass contact and absorbing impact and vibration during transit. Two interior cavities accommodate refrigerant gel packs to maintain a stable temperature in hot or cold weather.

The kit includes one stand-up twelve-bottle foam shipper and one corrugated outer shipping box. Custom-molded to fit most standard 750ml bottles, the foam forms a tight seal around each bottle to keep contents secure regardless of handling conditions.

Key specs: Fits most 750ml bottles up to 3 7/8" wide and 14 1/4" tall. Outer box: 18 1/4" × 14 1/4" × 16". Includes 1 foam shipper and 1 outer box per kit. 42 units per pallet. EPS foam is 100% recyclable — check with your local recycler.

They use the outer box to ship the foam shipper reducing the outer box to a used outer box when you ship. The outer box has labels, markings and wear. They should use a separate outer box to ship. Foam insert is nice to protect wine from heat,
