We can assure you that each and every order is inspected before leaving our facility and does not leave our warehouse damaged. The type of damages you’ve described are not unusual and can occur even with many of the top-performing LTL carriers, despite standard precautions. Regardless of who's at fault, we're here to ensure you have a pleasant experience with our company.
If it's not too much trouble, please email photos of the damage/s to support@wineshippingboxes.com and we will review each photograph. Also, please include the number of trays and/or boxes that were damaged on your order. The carrier's require that we provide photographic evidence of any damage claims we file so your photos will help us tremendously if you can provide them.
After receiving your photos and number of items damaged, we will issue you a refund for the damaged goods.
