Our six-bottle foam shipper kit protects a full half-case of 750ml wine bottles using Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam. The kit comes in two pieces — a bottom insert and a top insert — that completely surround all six bottles, eliminating glass-on-glass contact and absorbing shock and vibration throughout transit.

The foam is molded with an interior cavity in each bottle slot, allowing you to add a refrigerant gel pack per bottle when shipping in hot or cold weather conditions. The innovative tightening system ensures bottles stay firmly in place regardless of road or carrier handling.

Key specs: Fits most 750ml bottles up to 3 7/8" wide and 14 1/4" tall. Includes 1 foam 6-bottle shipper and 1 outer shipping box per kit. 72 units per pallet. EPS foam is 100% recyclable — check with your local recycler.

Box is not the right size

I am happy with the quality of the product - both the Styrofoam and the box are heavy duty and I'm sure they will keep the wine safe. But the box is too big, so I have to add packing product in so that the foam and bottles won't move around. I assumed the foam would fit securely in the box but that is not the case. Next time I need to buy wine shipping containers, I won't buy these.
