Commodity product… order it somewhere that works more thank bankers hours

Product arrived, and it’s fine. Not like they make it so you could order it anywhere. I asked for support over the weekend. Apparently they work 9-5 business days. Good to be a banker but recognize you have no differentiation to do this and I will buy boxes that are mass produced elsewhere than someone who doesn’t provide service. Lots of options! Personally I’ll choose elsewhere, but the boxes arrived and were fine.
