Boxes ok, but shorted; customer service response slow

We ordered boxes for wine shipping. The boxes themselves seem fine, but we were shorted 1 box. No word yet from customer service on how they will rectify. Also, there was no tracking info, so I couldn't time the delivery. Thankfully, we were on-site to receive them. I mentioned that to customer service as well. They responded after the boxes were delivered. For first time customer, not a great start.
