One- or Two-Bottle Pulp Trays (Clamshell Design) — Pallet Quantity (1,500 Trays)

Our clamshell molded pulp trays fold around one standard 750ml bottle to hold it firmly in place, limiting movement and protecting against impact in transit. Sold tray-only by the pallet for high-volume shippers.

Works With Multiple Box Sizes

The same tray builds several shipment sizes when paired with the matching outer box:

  • 1-bottle shipments (1 tray)
  • 2-bottle shipments (2 trays)
  • 4-bottle shipments (4 trays)

Standardizing on one tray simplifies inventory and your packing line.

Sustainable and Easy to Store

Made from recycled molded pulp and fully recyclable. The trays nest together, making a pallet of 1,500 simple to store.

Ideal for wineries, distilleries, ecommerce sellers, specialty food producers, subscription clubs, and 3PL warehouses.
