Our one- or two-bottle clamshell pulp trays provide a versatile, high-performance option for businesses that pack and ship glass bottles in various order sizes. These molded-pulp trays feature a clamshell design that folds securely around one or two standard 750ml bottles — including wine, spirits, olive oils, and other bottled products. Decent price for pallet qty but poor pallet handling

I order these quite often and although the quality and price are pretty decent, they tend to stack their pallets too high and don't take care when handling them/ moving them resulting in lots of trays being damaged so you're not getting all the quantity you're paying for. Not sure if that's a company or carrier issue but it happens with every delivery I receive. Same thing happens with the bundles of boxes.

If it's not too much trouble, please email photos of the damage/s to support@wineshippingboxes.com and we will review each photograph. Also, please include the number of trays and/or boxes that were damaged on your order. The carrier's require that we provide photographic evidence of any damage claims we file so your photos will help us tremendously if you can provide them.

After receiving your photos and number of items damaged, we will issue you a refund for the damaged goods.
